We are looking for a dedicated Infant & Toddler Educator to join our exceptional team and make a positive impact in the lives of young learners. Position Overview: As an Infant & Toddler Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of babies and children under two years old. You will work closely with children, families, and a team of educators to create a warm, enriching environment that supports the developmental needs of each child. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive and responsive care to infants and toddlers in accordance with their individual needs including feedings, diaper changes and sleep schedules. Implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Foster a nurturing and supportive environment, ensuring each child feels safe and valued. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress and development. Observe and document children's developmental milestones and behaviors. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or caregiving setting. A deep understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with infants and toddlers in a group care setting. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
