Qualifications: Strong execution and critical thinking skills, proven ability to oversee construction projects, and proficiency in project management software and basic computer applications. Must be a hustler and quick problem solver who can keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site and through project teams.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring contracts, scopes of work, and deliverables are clearly defined.
• Monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and maintain project schedule.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality benchmarks, and contractual requirements.

Requirements: Must-have skills in project oversight, vendor management, and execution. Experience in construction management, subcontractor relations, and site supervision a must
