Park Slope Center is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Business Development team across multiple locations, starting in Monroe, NY.
š° Salary: $150,000
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing Business Development team
ā¢ Develop strategies to grow services and increase referrals
ā¢ Build strong relationships with providers, referral sources, and community organizations
ā¢ Participate in outreach, networking, and business development
ā¢ Set goals, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved
Qualifications:
ā¢ Proven sales leadership and business development experience
ā¢ Experience managing teams across multiple locations
ā¢ Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
ā¢ Healthcare, mental health, or human services experience preferred
ā¢ Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
