The Barshop Jewish Community Center of San Antonio is seeking a part-time Marketing & Content Assistant to support day-to-day communication efforts across social media, email, and digital platforms. Schedule: 20 hours per week (hourly/non-exempt) Location: On-site, San Antonio, TX Reports to: Director of Marketing Key Responsibilities: • Create and schedule social media posts; monitor engagement • Develop graphics, captions, and basic video content • Build and schedule email campaigns and maintain a content calendar • Gather program information and create flyers, digital graphics, and print materials • Track basic performance metrics and assist with events Qualifications: • 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or content creation • Strong writing and editing skills • Experience with social platforms and tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) • Highly organized with ability to work independently • Nonprofit experience preferred To Apply: Email your resume to Gretchen Randall, Director of Internal Engagement, at [email protected].
