Title: Social Worker – Washington, D.C. & Greater Washington Area Compensation: $55,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience Employment Type: Full-time; a flexible role combining in-person and remote work Benefits: 401(k) with employer matching, health insurance, paid holidays and parental leave, professional development investment About Imadi: Imadi provides comprehensive support to families navigating life-changing pediatric health diagnoses. Why This Role Matters: Families facing pediatric illness are navigating one of the most difficult chapters of their lives. This role is often the person who stands beside them through it all — helping them think clearly in moments of crisis, connecting them to resources they didn't know existed, and ensuring they never feel alone in the process. An imadi social worker will serve as the primary support professional for approximately 50 families across the Washington, D.C. and Greater Washington region, ensuring each family receives thoughtful, consistent, and personalized support. Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant social work, care coordination, or case management experience required.
