Job Description: The Medical Guardian Project Manager is a motivated and proactive professional dedicated to improving the safety and independence of older adults in the community. This entry-level position manages the Medical Guardian Personal Emergency Response System (PERS), a life-enhancing device that allows older adults to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Job Duties: - Daily Management: Manage the electronic personal emergency response system program; manage day-to-day sales, marketing, customer service/support, and administrative processes; travel to customer homes to complete device installations; track equipment service issues, incident reports, maintain Medical Guardian inventory, process new subscribers, deactivate returned devices, oversee incoming intake calls - Marketing: Draft an annual strategic marketing plan with specific benchmarks for growth; represent JFS at community functions and events; seek input from all providers and JFS staff, customers, and the JFS board - Finance: Collaborate with the CFO and Donor Client Services Manager on budget development and monitoring, accounts payable and accounts receivable - Volunteer Management: Assist in recruiting and training new Medical Guardian volunteers; supervise the specific responsibilities delegated to these volunteers Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field; minimum 2 years of customer service experience; minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience; ability to capture and analyze data and identify key performance indicators; excellent written and communication skills including public speaking; computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and cloud-based provider software; must have valid driver's license.
