Who You Are: - Ready for a step-up role where you can build something meaningful - Strategic and hands-on - You develop people, not just programs - Creative, curious, and willing to try new approaches - Highly organized with strong follow-through - Strong with people, especially parents, staff, and young leaders Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in camp, youth programming, or experiential education - Strong leadership experience managing operations - A track record of growing programs - Experience building, managing, and developing teams - Clear, confident communication and strong organizational skills - Experience in the Jewish community preferred To apply, visit the Shalom Orlando careers page and fill out the form.
