Job description

Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is an award-winning, non-profit, nonsectarian human services organization founded in 1943. It is the largest provider of licensed outpatient community behavioral health services in Westchester County, delivering innovative programs and compassionate care to more than 20,000 people annually. We are seeking a full-time (35 hours per week) Clinician to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team in Hartsdale, providing comprehensive mental health services to community members with psychiatric diagnoses in a licensed outpatient mental health facility. This position currently operates under a hybrid model based on clinic needs. Salary: $60,000–$75,000, determined by licensure, plus a $5,000 differential for bilingual fluency (English/Spanish). Supplemental income opportunities also available. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop written treatment plans collaboratively with clients in compliance with OMH regulations. • Provide appropriate clinical documentation and agency reports in a timely manner. • Provide treatment in evidence-based modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy. • Attend agency in-service training and staff meetings. • Provide late night coverage as required (generally twice per week). • Consult with other members of the team as necessary. Requirements: • Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school. • New York State licensure (LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW); LCSW strongly preferred. • Familiarity and experience with evidence-based treatments; prior experience with children, community mental health, and/or co-occurring disorders. • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
