Refugee Case Manager

The Refugee Case Manager is responsible for the provision of services to refugees and eligible clients that lead to their social integration, including enrollments, assessments, client eligibility determinations, and data collection. Responsibilities: • Enroll eligible clients and provide orientation to newly enrolled clients. • Assist refugees in developing individualized service plans so that they may achieve self-sufficiency. • Conduct quarterly assessments of service plans. • Determine the needs for medical, legal, mental health, employment, educational, and social services. • Assist clients with enrolling in appropriate services. • Assess client transportation needs and, as needed, provide transportation and accompany refugees to appointments. • Maintain and document case files in accordance with funder regulations and agency policy. • Prepare and document financial assistance provided towards client goals. • Complete funder and agency forms and ensure all grant guidelines are followed. What We Offer: • $21.15 per hour • 15 PTO days per year + 13 Paid holidays • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance • 403b Savings Plan with 25% match (immediate eligibility) • Paid Life/AD&D insurance • Mileage Reimbursement Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in social services related field preferred. • Previous experience working with refugees and immigrants preferred. • Two (2) years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and life experience required. • Bilingual, preferably in languages most spoken by clients. • Must have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.
