Compensation: $66,000 – $100,000 with potential increases based on experience, certifications, and performance. What You'll Do: • Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction using Responsive Classroom techniques • Produce quality Common Core aligned lesson plans • Analyze student assessment data to drive curricular and pedagogical choices • Maximize learning time through effective classroom management • Provide an inviting learning environment accommodating all learning styles • Collaborate with faculty and instructional leaders on student work • Engage families through intentional relationship building and communication Who You Are: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; Master's degree is a plus • K-12 lead teaching experience is a plus • Experience in urban, public charter, or Title I schools is a plus • NY teacher certification or working towards certification is a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Legally authorized to work in the USA Benefits: • Medical: Employer covers 85% of premiums; Dental: 85% covered; Vision: 100% covered • 5% Employer Match 401(k), no vesting period • 30+ holidays; generous PTO • 6 weeks paid parental leave; eligible for up to 12 weeks NY Paid Family Leave • Student loan counseling and wellness program discounts • Opportunities for global travel experiences
