Ranch Camp Rentals Assistant

Job description

The JCC Ranch Camp is seeking a flexible rentals assistant to work select weekends from August – October to assist in creating high quality and memorable events for all rental groups. Salary: $19.29 – $22.00/hr Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist Rental & Retreats Coordinator with logistics, audio/visual, and vendor coordination • Setup chairs, tables, and other equipment for events • Ensure all spaces are clean and orderly before guests arrive • Provide housekeeping in all living and program spaces after events • Provide occasional camp programming including tie dye, arts and crafts, dancing, and s'mores • Assist kitchen staff in meal preparation and clean up • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age (or 17 and graduated high school/GED) • Responsive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude • Flexibility for non-standard hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings • High attention to detail and customer service • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; walk 2–8 miles per day including uneven terrain Note: This part-time position is not benefits-eligible. Paid Time Off accrued per Colorado HFWA.
