APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 25, 2026, 11:00 pm EST SALARY: $150,000 – $165,000 START DATE: Late July LOCATION: Remote (U.S. only). Preference given to DC, NY, and Chicago. Position Summary The Vice President, Operations and Analytics will serve as the organization's principal architect and steward of data-driven execution and technology. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this leader will transform organizational data, systems, and technology into actionable insight and high-impact operations. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Execution and Partnership • Serve as the Chief Strategy Officer's primary operational and analytic partner • Manage and support planning through data-informed analysis • Partner with senior leadership to advance a culture of learning and continuous improvement Data, Analytics, and Impact • Lead development of integrated analytics systems • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure • Apply AI-enabled analytics to surface patterns and accelerate insight • Build experimentation frameworks that test program innovations Technology and Systems Management • Oversee enterprise systems and data infrastructure • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts • Lead technology roadmap planning External Reporting and Stakeholder Communication • Lead preparation of data and analytics for funder reports and board presentations • Collaborate with development and external affairs teams to align data with funder requirements Performance Management • Design organization-wide performance systems and KPIs • Lead AI automation and process improvement initiatives Team Leadership • Build and manage a high-performing analytics and operations team • Foster organization-wide data literacy • Manage departmental budget including technology and vendor contracts **QUALIFICATIONS** • Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect strategy, data, technology, and people • Strong execution orientation with track record of translating plans into operational reality • Collaborative, cross-functional leadership style • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 commensurate with experience. • 100% coverage for employees and 50% for spouses/dependents for medical, dental, and vision • Retirement matching, wellness benefits, ample flex time, and three-month paid parental leave • Generous professional development stipend
