Engagement Manager

Job description

The Jewish Federation of Greater Chattanooga seeks an Engagement Manager to strengthen community connections through outreach, programming, and relationship-building with families, individuals, teens, and newcomers. Key Responsibilities: • Engage young professionals and families through program planning and relationship-building • Welcome and integrate newcomers into the Jewish community • Manage the PJ Library program, including database maintenance and grant applications • Coordinate major community events including Chai Night, Campaign Kickoff, Jewish Food Festival, and Chanukah Party • Oversee the Jew Crew high school teen program • Serve as liaison between the Federation and Aleph Bet Preschool • Collect and manage engagement data via CRM tools for targeted outreach strategies • Support Federation leadership in boosting program participation and donor development • Recruit and manage volunteers in partnership with the Chief Impact Officer • Create social media content and write monthly articles for the organization's magazine
