APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 25, 2026, 11:00 pm EST SALARY: $150,000 – $165,000 START DATE: Late July LOCATION: Remote (U.S. only). Preference given to DC, NY, and Chicago. Position Summary The Vice President of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for making the organization's voice heard both internally and externally — mobilizing all channels for all audiences and stakeholders, creating scale for Leading Edge's role as the central platform shaping talent, leadership, and culture across the Jewish nonprofit sector. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Organizational Voice • Partner with the Executive Team to articulate and evolve the organization's brand identity and messaging • Ensure a consistent, compelling organizational voice across all channels • Lead efforts to bring the recent brand refresh to life • Build deep audience insight through research and listening Digital Strategy & Content • Lead the full digital marketing function: website, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social • Build and manage a content engine that produces compelling, mission-aligned stories • Oversee website strategy, UX, and continuous optimization • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership • Build, lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team • Serve as a strategic partner to the Advancement team • Collaborate with Program, Impact, and Office of the CEO teams • Manage agency and vendor relationships **QUALIFICATIONS** • Bold brand strategist with creative conviction and strategic discipline • Builder and developer of people with high standards for performance and collaboration • Mission-driven communicator who translates complex ideas into clear narratives • Systems thinker with a bias toward action • Cross-functional partner who builds trust across teams **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 commensurate with experience. • 100% coverage for employees and 50% for spouses/dependents for medical, dental, and vision • Retirement matching, wellness benefits, ample flex time, and three-month paid parental leave • Generous professional development stipend
