Young Adult Division (YAD) Engagement Associate

Position Overview: The Jewish Federation of Greater Houston seeks a Young Adult Division (YAD) Engagement Associate to build relationships connecting Houston's Jewish young adults (ages 20s–40s) to Jewish life, community, leadership, and philanthropy. This role manages outreach, program design, and partnerships to develop a pipeline of engaged participants. Responsibilities: • Conduct proactive outreach and maintain relationships with participants and volunteer leaders • Identify and recruit emerging young adult leaders for meaningful roles • Design and execute YAD programs integrating Jewish values (happy hours, volunteer opportunities, etc.) • Build cross-denominational community partnerships • Support semiannual leadership development initiatives • Manage social media presence and engagement content • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on engagement metrics • Evening and weekend availability required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Canva, and CRM platforms • Understanding of Jewish life, calendar, and culture • Event planning and nonprofit engagement experience • Data-driven approach to strategy improvement • Commitment to Federation mission and values
