About Us: Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona (JPSA) is the Jewish Federation serving the Tucson community, connecting donors and changemakers to support Jewish life locally and worldwide. Position Overview: The Women's Philanthropy Manager will lead planning and execution of women-focused fundraising initiatives, managing the Lion of Judah Program and cultivating meaningful donor relationships in the Southern Arizona Jewish community. Responsibilities: • Lead planning and execution of women-focused fundraising initiatives • Manage the Lion of Judah Program, including stewardship, recruitment, events, and donor recognition • Cultivate assigned donors through relationship-building, proposals, and stewardship • Plan and coordinate educational, social, and philanthropic events • Flexible availability for evenings and weekends as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, or communications • Minimum 5 years of face-to-face fundraising and donor relationship experience • Understanding of Jewish culture and local community knowledge • Ability to build relationships with women of influence and affluence • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities • CRM system proficiency • Valid Arizona driver's license • Advanced degree or certification preferred To Apply: Click Apply or contact Kris Wright, People Operations Specialist, at [email protected].
