Job description

Lead and manage regional frontline fundraising staff to develop, implement, and evaluate fundraising programs that meet annual revenue goals. Responsible for major gift cultivation and solicitation, donor stewardship, staff hiring and performance management, event strategy, CRM oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to advance ADL’s mission to combat antisemitism and all forms of hate.
