Job description

Curate and manage a pipeline of current and prospective major donors, producing individualized donor plans and long-term philanthropic strategies. Oversee volunteer fundraisers, develop boutique donor programs, and implement donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for gifts of $10,000 or more in support of Federation priorities.
