Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of leadership programs for Jewish young adults, including mentorship, bootcamps, speaker series, and alumni initiatives. Work closely with mentors, speakers, and participants to ensure high-impact experience; drive innovation in program design; manage communications, operations, and logistics; and partner with senior leadership to scale programs nationally.
