UJA Federation of Greater Toronto seeks a leader to preserve and strengthen the quality of Jewish life in Greater Toronto, Israel, and around the world. Lead strategic vision and direction for the Women's Philanthropy Division, driving recruitment, engagement, cultivation, and stewardship for the UJA Federation and Women's Annual Giving. Manage a diverse portfolio of leading women donors and leaders, develop and implement innovative initiatives that engage and inspire women across generations, and serve as the lead professional partner in the Women's Philanthropy Campaign Cabinet. Partner with colleagues across the Philanthropy Leadership Group to design compelling donor experiences, communication strategies, and events that engage and inspire. Proven leadership experience in Jewish communal, campaign, philanthropic, or nonprofit environments required. Deep understanding of Jewish community life and alignment with UJA mission and values essential.
