Job description

Member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, responsible for advanced budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic reporting. Proactively engage with department leaders to understand challenges, synthesize financial data, and deliver actionable insights to the Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. Lead budgeting and analysis activities, partner with budget managers to review progress against budgets, support development of enterprise-wide understanding of operating annual budgets, and prepare reports for inclusion in executive-level reports. Analyze financial data, synthesize complex information into actionable insights, assist in preparation of the organization's payroll budget, and maintain mid-scenario analysis for financial work. Write clear reports and explanations for executive leadership and committees. Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting (2–4 years may be considered at a lower level). Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP, super user of Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency required), experience with variance analysis and financial modeling. Hybrid work schedule with on-site work required Tuesdays and Wednesdays. **Salary range:** $89,000–$112,000/year.
