Director of Arts and Ideas

Job description

Lead the vision and execution of JCC Greater Boston's Arts & Ideas programming, creating culturally rich experiences that engage diverse audiences. Oversee performing arts series, film festivals, author talks, cultural events, and exhibitions. Manage programming budget, venue operations, and community partnerships. Curate compelling content that reflects Jewish values and contemporary culture. Supervise staff and volunteers, coordinate with marketing team, and drive ticket sales and audience development. Requires strong programming experience, excellent communication skills, and passion for arts and Jewish culture.
