Job description

Lead year-round operations of Camp Gilboa, a progressive Jewish overnight camp serving 300+ campers, overseeing all administrative, financial, and strategic functions. Drive the camp's educational mission rooted in Zionist and progressive values while managing staff, facilities, fundraising, and community relationships. Reports to the Board of Directors with responsibility for long-term sustainability and growth of this 70+ year institution.
