Job description

Lead Shalom Austin as CEO, providing strategic vision and executive leadership for one of America's fastest-growing Jewish communities. Oversee all operations including fundraising, programming, community engagement, and staff management across multiple areas of Jewish life. Partner with board leadership to set organizational strategy, strengthen financial sustainability, and deepen community impact. Cultivate major donor relationships, lead annual campaign efforts, and expand philanthropic base. Build strong partnerships with local, national, and international Jewish organizations. Champion community-building initiatives, Israel engagement programs, and services for vulnerable populations. Requires proven senior leadership experience.
