Senior Development Officer

Job description

Serve as a Senior Development Officer managing a portfolio of high-capacity donors and driving major gift fundraising for one of the nation's largest Jewish Federations. Build and steward strategic relationships with supporters through personalized cultivation, solicitation, and engagement strategies. Partner with volunteer leadership, conduct donor visits, develop tailored giving opportunities, and execute comprehensive moves management plans. Manage a portfolio of current donors and prospects, communicate impact, track outcomes, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to advance the annual campaign and special initiatives.
