Director of Sports and Fitness

Job description

Lead all supervision, management, and training of Sports and Fitness department staff and oversee department programs and operations. Coordinate administrative functions and special projects, working closely with other departments. Develop and implement youth sports initiatives with emphasis on league play, competitive travel teams, and competitions including basketball, soccer, martial arts, swimming, dance, pickleball, table tennis, and volleyball. Manage assigned programs in compliance with funding sources and regulations.
