Job description
Lead individual giving and major gifts strategy for Kaiserman JCC, engaging individuals, family foundations, and key internal and external partners in a culture of philanthropy. Manage a portfolio of approximately 125-150 donors, strategically and effectively cultivating prospects and stewarding relationships. Assist CEO and board in development strategy, conduct wealth screenings, secure program donations, and drive continued cultivation of major donors. Work with program staff to engage donors with specific interests and support planned giving programs. **Salary range:** $65,000-$75,000 with flexible schedule and remote work available.
