Job description

Lead student leadership and empowerment initiatives for Hillel Ontario, inspiring and supporting Jewish students to become more involved in leadership roles across eight campuses. Develop and oversee a strategic Student Leadership & Empowerment initiative that trains, inspires, and empowers student leaders. Manage staff and coach a Leadership & Empowerment team, develop and implement leadership development frameworks, identify and cultivate student leaders, and build partnerships with campus and community stakeholders.
