The Jewish Leadership Academy is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of College Guidance to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive college counseling to high school students, managing the college application process, and collaborating with faculty and families. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of college admissions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, organizing college visits, coordinating standardized testing, maintaining student records, and staying current with college admissions trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; 3+ years experience in college counseling or admissions; strong knowledge of college application processes and current trends; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and faculty; proficiency with college counseling software and technology; commitment to Jewish education and values.
