Job description
Honeymoon Israel Foundation is seeking a Senior Director, Learning & Facilitation for Togethering, our innovative program that brings together new Jewish and interfaith families for meaningful Jewish experiences to build community and deepen Jewish learning. This is a fully remote role managing facilitator training, content development, and program quality. The Senior Director will oversee all aspects of Togethering's learning and curriculum strategy, while leading facilitators who run Togethering groups. This leader will partner with our education team to deliver high-quality programming to communities nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee facilitation training for Togethering groups; develop and implement training curricula promoting best practices in facilitation and adult learning; manage and support the cohort of facilitators including ongoing professional development; create curriculum and educational resources supporting new and ongoing Togethering communities; collaborate with program design and evaluation teams to ensure continuous improvement; provide thought leadership on best practices in adult Jewish learning; build relationships with external stakeholders in the Jewish education and young adult engagement spaces; travel occasionally to observe facilitators in action, participate in trainings, and attend relevant professional development; manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports focused on curriculum and facilitator experience.
