South Florida Region Community Coordinator

Job description

Honeymoon Israel is seeking a part-time professional for the role of South Florida Region Community Coordinator. This role will be primarily on-site in South Florida, with a few hours per week remote work. Community Coordinators are hands-on facilitators and travel in their region and counties (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie) weekly to directly run our annual programs and provide top-notch service to our participants. They steward program participants and alumni from registration through the end of their active participation. Community Coordinators are connectors, facilitators, networkers, and supporters promoting community and belonging through their leadership and listening. They work collaboratively and thoughtfully with program managers to ensure the top service as a standard and much of this work is to support participants in this important time in their lives. Main Duties: Act as a point of contact for this Honeymoon Israel participants & coordinate participant logistics and communications including in-person welcome and orientations community tours, on-site monthly learning and online meetups.
