Community Engagement Manager

Job description

The Community Engagement Manager supports development, alumni engagement, and community-building initiatives for Camp Seneca Lake, a program of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Rochester. This role focuses on donor cultivation support, fundraising campaigns, alumni programming, and community engagement events, with increased involvement during the summer camp season. Responsibilities include coordinating alumni outreach, supporting development operations, supervising seasonal media staff, and assisting with on-site engagement initiatives. The position is full-time and remote within the United States, with travel and seasonal on-site work required.
