An Event Producer at UJA is the ultimate project manager and logistics lead, responsible for producing marquee fundraising events and high-profile organizational initiatives. This highly collaborative role partners with fundraisers, marketers, program officers, and external vendors to bring the UJA brand to life through exceptional event experiences. Responsibilities include managing event timelines and budgets, overseeing vendor relationships and RFPs, coordinating digital and printed event journals, maintaining event analytics, and supporting cross-functional teams across the organization. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and events as needed.
