The Assistant Director, Real Estate Campaign helps shape long-term strategy for UJA-Federation of New York’s Real Estate Division and plays a leadership role in major donor fundraising. This position leads donor prospecting strategy, manages a portfolio of major donors, and oversees one to two fundraisers on the Real Estate team. Responsibilities include guiding donors through all stages of cultivation and solicitation, mentoring staff, coordinating fundraising strategies, maintaining donor records, and collaborating across UJA-Federation divisions. The role requires deep relationship-building skills, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for advancing the Jewish community through philanthropy.
