This role leads UX/UI strategy, SEO, analytics, and digital optimization to drive engagement, conversion, and sustained traffic growth. Responsibilities include serving as product owner for UJA’s websites, managing internal teams and external vendors, establishing data-driven UX and SEO frameworks, overseeing analytics and testing, and ensuring scalable, accessible, and high-performing web experiences aligned with organizational goals.
