Lead BBYO's Northern Seaboard Region serving the Associate Senior Regional Director position on our North and takes initiative. As a Senior Regional Director you'll provide high-level training and delivering leadership training, engaging staff to create sustainable and quality programs, building a culture of collaboration among teens and adult volunteers. You'll also be responsible for planning and facilitating experiential learning programs, working with regional board and other volunteer leadership, you'll connect on a strategic recruitment will create a positive region on teens, our community, and the BBYO's teen board. Manage a talented exceptional team that supports the region's ecosystem. Align volunteers, collaborate and build sustainable partnerships with parents, alumni and community partners to introduce new people to BBYO teens, staff, all the network.
