Senior Data Manager, Philanthropic Services and Partnerships

Job description

Lead data management and analytics for Hillel International's fundraising operations including CRM (Raiser's Edge) configuration, database maintenance, data integrity, donor pipeline management, and reporting. Oversee Salesforce integration, manage data quality and validation processes, develop custom reports and dashboards, and provide strategic data insights to support philanthropic goals. Partner with development officers and senior leadership to optimize data strategies for major gifts, planned giving, and donor stewardship. Supervise administrative support staff and coordinate data projects across the organization.
