Serve as the relationship‑building leader of the Women’s Philanthropy team for Greater MetroWest. The Director cultivates donors, deepens donor pipelines and solicits Lion of Judah gifts ($5K+) and endowments. Responsibilities include managing an assistant director, partnering with volunteer leadership to set strategy, overseeing an $8 million+ Women’s Philanthropy campaign, stewarding a portfolio of 100+ donors, and collaborating across NextGen, business networks and Jewish Community Foundation teams. Minimum 5‑8 years of face‑to‑face fundraising or relationship‑management experience, supervisory skills, excellent communication and donor‑relations skills, and knowledge of Jewish communal dynamics are required
