Job description

Serve as chief lobbyist and public‑affairs leader for JFACT, representing Connecticut’s seven federations. Responsibilities include developing and executing a bipartisan advocacy strategy on issues such as security grants, aging services and Israel support; building relationships with legislators and state agencies; coordinating testimony and public events; serving as spokesperson in media; facilitating partnerships and briefings; and overseeing budget, fundraising and administration. The role requires 7–10 years of senior leadership in advocacy or nonprofit management, knowledge of legislative processes and Jewish communal priorities, strong coalition‑building and communication skills, and fundraising acumen.
