Job description
Oversee financial operations for Israel and Overseas allocations, grants and cash flows within JFNA and its subsidiary United Israel Appeal. The CFO manages accounting teams, monitors receivables and distributions, prepares UIA financial statements, ensures internal controls and compliance (tax, OFAC, US‑government grants), interfaces with partner agencies (Jewish Agency, JDC, ORT), provides financial forecasting and analysis, and participates in strategic planning. Qualifications include CPA, at least 10 years leading finance teams, deep knowledge of US–Israel financial considerations, and exceptional communication skills.
