Join the executive team of the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland to lead all fundraising activities. The CDO develops and executes strategies across annual campaigns, major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships and endowments; cultivates and solicits major donors; champions women’s philanthropy through events like IMPACT; mentors the development team; and partners with the CEO and board to set goals and metrics. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), experience in major gift solicitation, deep knowledge of Jewish culture and Israel, superb relationship‑building and leadership skills, and willingness to work some evenings/weekends.
