Senior FP&A Analyst

Job description

The Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. This senior individual contributor role partners closely with program leaders, delivers actionable financial insights, leads variance and scenario analysis, and serves as a steward of the Vena planning system. Responsibilities include annual and multi-year budgeting, rolling forecasts, ROI and sensitivity modeling, data integrity across Vena, Intacct, and fundraising systems, and training stakeholders on financial tools. Candidates should have 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, strong Excel modeling skills, ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and experience working independently in a cross-functional environment. Experience with nonprofit or grant-funded budgeting, Vena, Sage Intacct, and data visualization tools is preferred.
