Jewish Family Service of Cincinnati (JFS) is hiring a Vice President, Counseling to lead and strengthen its counseling and psychiatric mental health services. This senior leadership role oversees program strategy, clinical operations, staff development, and service delivery while supporting a culture of client-centered care and community impact. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinical teams, guiding program growth and outcomes, maintaining strong partnerships and referral relationships, supporting grant-related reporting and compliance, and collaborating with leadership on organizational planning and service expansion. Candidates should have experience in behavioral health leadership, strong clinical and operational judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. **Salary range:** $82,000–$106,000.
