The Joan & Alan Bernikow JCC of Staten Island is seeking a Director of Cultural Arts to lead, curate, and expand its cultural arts and Jewish life programming. This senior role oversees arts and culture initiatives including visual arts, performing arts, Jewish history and heritage programming, and Israel and global Jewish culture. Responsibilities include program strategy and execution, supervising staff and instructors, managing budgets, cultivating partnerships with artists and community organizations, integrating Jewish values and education into programming, and serving as a cultural ambassador for the JCC. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in arts or cultural programming, a deep appreciation for Jewish culture and creativity, excellent organizational and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic community environment. **Salary range:** $80,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
