JBS (Jewish Broadcasting Service) is seeking a Director of Development to lead and scale its fundraising strategy during a pivotal growth phase. This senior role is responsible for building and executing comprehensive development initiatives including major gifts, individual giving, digital fundraising, donor stewardship, and institutional partnerships. The Director of Development will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen donor relationships, expand revenue streams, support programming growth, and enhance JBS’s national impact. The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit fundraising leadership experience, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep alignment with Jewish values and mission-driven media. **Salary range:** $100,000–$145,000.
