Job description

The Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to serve as the organization’s top executive leader, responsible for vision, strategy, and overall management. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead fundraising and philanthropic growth, community engagement, organizational operations, and strategic planning while strengthening partnerships across the Jewish and broader Rhode Island communities. This role oversees financial stewardship, governance, staff leadership, and programmatic impact, guiding the Alliance through continued growth and collaboration. The ideal candidate brings senior nonprofit leadership experience, strong fundraising and relationship-building skills, operational and financial acumen, and a deep commitment to Jewish values, community building, and inclusive leadership. This is a full-time, in-person executive role based in Rhode Island.
