Director of Campaign Operations

Job description

The Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas is seeking a Director of Campaign Operations to support the Advancement team by optimizing and executing campaign operations and multi-year fundraising initiatives. This role leads campaign infrastructure, timelines, calendars, dashboards, reporting, and cross-department coordination across Advancement, Finance, Marketing, and Community Relations. Responsibilities include building and maintaining data/reporting systems, donor journey execution and stewardship support, volunteer leadership support, and event/program operations. The position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in fundraising operations/campaign management (or similar), strong CRM/data/reporting skills, excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
