Job description

The Jewish Federation of Broward County is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Communications to serve as the organization’s chief brand architect and strategic storyteller. Reporting to the President & CEO and supervising the Director of Marketing, this executive-level role is responsible for elevating visibility, engagement, and impact through integrated marketing strategy and consistent, mission-driven communications across digital, print, PR, events, and internal channels. Responsibilities include strategic marketing leadership, executive visibility and media/PR partnership management, brand refinement and campaign integration, team leadership and department operations (budgets, timelines, vendors), and event/community engagement including high-visibility publications like the Annual Report. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/PR (master’s preferred), 10+ years of progressive experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership, strong writing/storytelling skills, and experience managing teams and external agencies. Evening and weekend availability is occasionally required.
