Chabad Upper East Side’s Friendship Circle & CTeen is seeking an exceptional Program Director to join our growing leadership team.

Our programs and events create fun, warm, and meaningful experiences that strengthen wellbeing, build community, and inspire everyone we serve to deepen their connection to their Jewish identity. 

We are looking for a passionate Lubavitcher who is energized by shlichus and has a proven track record of planning and leading outstanding programs and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, warm, personable, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to take full ownership—from the initial idea through execution.

This person will plan and think ahead, anticipate challenges, solve problems resourcefully, manage the finer details, and ensure that each program and event is meaningful, engaging, memorable, and exceptionally well run.

Salary: $50,000–$100,000, based on experience, qualifications, and organizational fit.
