JGO’s growing national movement seeks a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the CEO and senior leadership. This role oversees program departments and staff, translates mission into operational goals and systems, supervises department heads, and builds a high‑performance culture. The COO will recruit and develop staff, establish metrics to evaluate program impact, foster workplace balance, partner on fundraising and external relations, manage finances, HR, and legal matters, and execute strategic plans. Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience in operations or management, strong financial literacy and the ability to design and scale systems. Competitive salary range $120,000‑$230,000 with comprehensive health and retirement benefits and generous time off, including Jewish holidays.
